Out of Hours Vets
Our team are available for your and your pets Monday- Friday 8.30am to 7pm and Saturdays 8.30am to 12.30pm.
Outside of these hours our clients have two options available to them;
VidiVet
This app based service allows you to contact a vet who will be able to answer your questions and let you know whether it is best your pet is seen by a vet, or if you will need to take them to our out-of-hours service.
You can send pictures, videos and ask unlimited questions, completely free of charge if you are a registered client.
To access the service, you will need to register via this link below, and then download the app to your phone.
Springfield Vets, Rotherham
We have chosen to entrust the overnight and weekend care of our patients to the expert team at Springfield Vets in Rotherham.
Dave worked at this hospital throughout 2024 as we planned the opening of The Vets @ Dronfield and has seen first hand the excellent care they are able to provide. They also have the advantage of being a 24 hour hospital, which means if your pet ever needs treatment over more than one night, they can stay onsite at Springfield and do not need to be transported to a different site, as can sometimes happen with other out-of-hours providers.
